Attend Upon the Ordinances of God (Stay in Love with God)

We learned about Wesley's Three General Rules in Confirmation Class. Learn more about the rules, choose one to explore deeper, and create a project to share what you learned.

Step 1: Attend confirmation class (if you missed, get the material from Rev. Kathy)

Step 3: Pick the rule you want to focus on

Explore your "Rule"
* Interview a pastor or mentor about what the rule means to him/her/them
* Read the section about your rule from the book Three Simple Rules: A Wesleyan Way of Living by Reuben Job (available from the church library)
* Ask friends or trusted adults what the rule you chose means to them and how they do or do not practice it.
* Use the resources from Step 2
* Write in your journal about your thoughts and reflections

Step 4: Practice it

After learning about the rule and exploring more about it, find at least one way to practice it.

Step 5: Share What You Learned

Create a presentation, song, artwork, video, podcast, photography collage, graphic, or whatever appropriate method or media you would like to share what you have learned with our confirmation class.
